Benefits of Physical Education Class

I created this Webquest with the purpose of informing students why physical education class is so important to them and hopefully they will spread the word to parents and friends. It's good to bring awareness to why physical education is important to kids going to school in many aspects so that the awareness will push schools to make it more of a priority.

Standards

Physical Education National Standards:
Standard 5- The physically literate individual recognizes the value of physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self-expression and/or social interaction.
Pennsylvania Standards-
10.4.3 B- Know the positive and negative effects of regular participation in moderate to vigorous physical activities.
