Research Methods Lab Research Project

This project is an ongoing project during a University-level Research Methods Laboratory in Psychology. The purpose of this project is to give students hands-on experience with research of their own, since most undergraduates do not get experience with collecting data unless they do extra research in a lab.

This also allows them to apply what they've learned throughout the course (the ability to find relevant research, summarize research, Excel experience, statistics experience, in addition to applying the theory behind research methods that they have learned in the lab and in the lecture).

This course is more about the applied skills of research, so the project outlined here is a culmination of those skills.
