IN LOVE WITH SHAKESPEARE
Task
Since this is the first time my students are going to read a play by Shakespeare, they will have to gain some background knowledge on one of the most famous
poets and playwrights in history.
So, as a pre-reading activity, they are going to browse on the Internet a
series of sites previously listed, and use the gathered information to create a
WIKI ON SHAKESPEARE.
Ø
Each group will be allowed to
pick one of the four topics below to research.
Ø
The students, using the previously listed links, will
research the facet on Shakespeare they have chosen.
Ø
Each group must answer all the
questions and complete all the assigned tasks.
Ø
The members of all the groups will come together to
create the Wiki page
“IN LOVE WITH SHAKESPEARE” (LINK)
which covers all of the four topics but each group is responsible for only one topic .
Ø Near the end of the project all the groups should put their results together and post them on the previously created Wiki.
