Pastry Making

Pastry making can be very simple process if you follow the guidelines and use the correct tools and ingredients.  After watching the video presentation on pastry making you should be able to: 

1. Adequately define pastry
2. Summarize the steps in pastry making with at least 80% accuracy
3. Define and explain at least two (2) terms or concepts used in pastry making
4. Identify at least (3) pastry tools and summarize their functions  

At the end of this WebQuest in groups of threes 3 you should be able to:

1.  Demonstrate your understanding of the concept involved in pastry making by creating a portfolio. 

You have been selected by your teacher and classmates to represent the school in a pastry making competition.

The judges want you  to use your creativity and individuality  to prepare a portfolio on pastry making
