Wrapping Up
By the finale of this Webquest all students must create a poem that is a minimum of 12 lines long. The poem must use at least five of the literary devices that have been discussed in this lesson, these include:
personification
imagery
pun
simile
metaphor
allusion
onomatopoeia
The students also have the option of writing a verse and a chorus (hook) of a song but they must also use the same devices as that students above.
The poem/ song must be presented in class. Students also have the option of creating a photostory which incorporates the poem or song.
