Drums, Girls, & Dangerous Pie

During the course of your reading, you will use internet resources to help dive deeper into Steven's life, in order to more fully understand him as a character. Each chapter will have assignments for before and after reading: some assignments are journal entries, others are written assignments to hand in, some are tasks you must complete online. At the end of this book, you will give a presentation on Steven's growth. You may choose to look at his growth in an abstract manner, or look closely at one detail of his growth. Your presentation will be in the format of your choice (essay, video, comic strip, short play, poem, song, collage, soundtrack, to name a few). Each task will help you encounter Steven more personally, to help you see his growth throughout the story.
