Senior Art Project

I am going to be using my knowledge of pottery to create four clay shoes to represent four important parts of my life: an 80's style Nike shoe, volleyball shoe, basketball shoe, and a chaco. Each of the shoes I chose represent four of the biggest parts of my life, and have made me the person I am today. The Nike shoe will be more about me than the rest of the shoes. I have always loved all 80's things, whether it be the movies, music, or the fashion. The volleyball and basketball shoes will be similar to the ones that I have worn in past seasons to show that I am and have been an athlete my whole life, and it has been a big part of my high school experience. The last shoe will be a chaco to represent the impact Camp Ondessonk has had on me. If it weren't for camp I wouldn't have grown nearly as much as a person or be where I am now. The four shoes will display the biggest parts of my life, especially now that high school is about to come to an end.
