Viajando a Sur América

This activity is going to be completed in small groups. Students will plan a trip to all Spanish-speaking countries in South America. They will be given a budget, time, and travel guidelines. Students will then plan and design for beginning-to-end trip package/itinerary to include flights, lodging, tourist sights, restaurants, and authentic foods. During and after their South American trip students will share their findings and experiences with the rest of the class.

4.  By completing these Web Quest, you and your group members will plan a trip to eight South American Spanish-speaking countries. You will depart from Coastal Carolina University,
5. With $9,000 total, your group must plan a 16-night trip to each one of the capitals for two nights.
6. The final tour itinerary must include the following:
   Flights, Lodging, Transportation (between and within cities), packing tips, Holidays/Celebrations, Restaurants/Meals, Sightseeing, Currency conversion/Budget, Cultural norms/customs, Common travel phrases, and Airport procedures.
7. Pictures to document your travels. As a team, you will make a PowerPoint Presentation to report to the community and offer your point of view after your travels.
