Task
1).You will define Stress and explain the physiological effects of stress and how this can affect successful teaching and quality of life.
2).You will be able to assess own stress levels, determine stressors and their impact on teaching and quality of life.
3). As a group, you will develop strategies or create an action plan to manage stress. Each group will identify at least 3 stressors and develop an action plan to cope with the identified stressors.
