Harriet Tubman

As stated before, today you will be historians. You will be digging deep into Harriet Tubman's life by conducting research. You will use this link (http://teacher.scholastic.com/activities/bhistory/underground_railroad/harriet_tubman.htm) to better understand the underground railroad aspect of her life. Play around with the website, make sure you understand the underground railroad so that you can journal about it. Your task is to become Harriet Tubman for four days. You will be making a journal entry each day to show what her life was like each day. You will also be creating one page in your journal that describes Harriet Tubman and her life outside of the underground railroad.
