COPING WITH STRESS

You are a Psychiatrist who has a patient (Jim Jim) that came to you for help.  He is suffering from anxiety, depression, weight gain, and has been binge drinking as of late.  In your evaluation of the patient you discovered that Jim has recently been fired from his job and his wife is threatening to leave him, if he doesn’t find a job soon.  Being as wise as you are, you come to the conclusion that Jim Jim is under a lot of stress and this is the root to his problems.  Your job is to take all the information about Jim and his symptoms, and come up with a daily regimen for a whole week on how Jim Jim can cope with his stress.
