Expressing and Responding to Doubt
Task
Task 1
Make dialog based on the following situations.
1. Your friend asks you to come early tomorrow morning, but you are not sure you can make it. Your friend responds to your doubt.
2. Your friend asks you to touch her English, but you are not certain that you can. Your friend responds to your doubt.
3. You ask your friend to meet after class but your friend is doubtful. You respond to her doubt.
Task 2
Work in group consist of 3 persons and choose one of the situations provided below.
1. You get information that Rani will hold a birthday party in a restaurant. Then, you ask Aldo whether she is sure about the information or not. Aldo says that he is not sure about it and he asks Vina. Vina says that Rani has told her about it.
2. Arif gives information to Nina that she gets ten in English test. Then, Nina asks Arif whether he is certain about the information or not. Arif states that he only gets the information from their friends. and they decide to ask their English teacher whether the information is true or not.
After choosing the situations, make the dialog according to the chosen situation and perform it with your partners!
