Medical Technologies
Task
You will be researching new medical device technology using the resources provided. You will create a Keynote presentation of your research findings.
Task 1
Read the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) article titled "Top 5 Medical Technology Innovations" and collect notes in your journal about all 5 devices.
Task 2
Go to the Medgadgets Website and find a new gadget of interest. Record information about this new technology in your journal.
Task 3
Create a keynote presentation which includes information about the top 5 medical technologies from the ASME article and information about your new technology from the medgadgets website. The keynote must include the following:
- minimum of 8slides
- a title slide with your name on it
- last slide should have your name, title and a fictitious contact information.
- your target audience is doctors at a conference
- must have basic information about the technology to include: name, use, price, a why it should be used by the doctors.
- must have at least 6 pictures one for each device.
- No filler slides of just pictures (you will loose Points)
- Use bullets, not paragraphs (you will loose Points)
- No slide that says "The End" or "I hope you liked my presentation" (you will loose Points)
