Thesis Statement Boot Camp

If you are reading this page, you have accepted the challenge of entering THESIS STATEMENT BOOT CAMP.
As promised, I will guide you through the basic concepts and answer any questions that you have along the way. When you tackle the group exercises, you will be working in a group of 3-4 students. Each group will be provided with thesis statement options and your objective is to collectively agree upon the best choice and be able to verbalize why the other choices were not chosen. Choose wisely! Your team will earn a point for every correct answer and an additional point if you are able to identify the style of thesis statement.
When we have crowned the group winners, we will move onto the individual competition. Your mission, if you choose to accept, will be to draw from three different hats and hand in a thesis statement before you leave boot camp today. I, your fearless leader, will grade all of the submissions and crown the individual THESIS STATEMENT BOOT CAMP CHAMPION at the beginning of class tomorrow.  
Winners will be informed of their rewards after the completion of the individual contest.
