You will learn about the different topics covered within the subject of social studies.

You will also learn how these topics affect the people around the world and you.

Your first task is to discovery the five themes of geography, how they affect people's lives, and to create a poster to share the information you have uncovered.
Your second task is to brainstorm historical events and persons who are important to you then create a presentation using Prezi to demonstrate the topics and people we should study this year.
Your third task is to set up your account with Schoology. Our first online discussion will be about the importance of economics. You will have a chance to share pros and cons about why we should study economics.
