Recycling for the Future

You will search for information on recycling and its effects on our surroundings: earth, climate, resources. Then, you will create an essay where you convince the school board to create a school recycling project. Additionally, you will make a recycling project to present with your essay. You will present this before class to compete for the year's winning school recycling project.

You will be competing with your fellow classmates for the first place. The winner will present his project with the teacher before the school board. The winner will also accumulate points towards the student of the year award. First place will earn free tickets to the local science museum. First and second place will represent the class in the regional science convention. First, second and third place will all earn bonus points for class participation.
