Medical Team - Care for Patient

At the completion of this WebQuest, each team will present their case study of a patient and their joint resolution of this patient's disorder.  In addition to a presentation, the resolution will be summarized into one document that outlines all of their findings and plans to help their patient.

You MUST use a minumum of 4 sources -  at least 2 from the library website listed here: Library - All Databases  The other sources can be from reputable sites on the internet .  Include all of your sources in your power point presentation (on the last page).
