You are to watch Dr. King's "I have a dream" speech.( Indiana Academic Standard in Social Studies, Grade 6)   Then you are to identify (5) specific dreams  that you would like to see happen and  that will help better humanity( cannot be the same as Dr. King's dreams). For example Dr. king said " I have a dream my little (4) children will one day be able to live in a nation where they will not be judged on their skin color but by the content of their character." Now comes the really fun part!  You will construct your very own "I have a dream" speech highlighting your specific concerns. In this you will talk about your dreams and how you plan to solve them. For this task you will be allowed to create: a song, poem, or essay of your choice. ( Indiana Academic Standard in English, Grade 6) Some items you need to keep in mind are: What will the future be like because of your dream? How would future generations benefit from your dream?
