Health and Physical Wellbeing with Life Long Practices
Process
1. Design a schedule (1 week schedule Mon.-Sun.) for Big Bart. The two dietitians will schedule meal portions and the personal trainers will schedule an exercise routine. A brief paragraph explaining the weekly schedule should be included.
2. Design a Healthy Recipe Book consisting of two breakfast meals, two lunch meals, two dinner meals, and two healthy snacks. (to be done in a poster format along with the schedule) You will be working in groups, but each student should provide 2 recipes. Does not matter how you break up the 8 recipes needed, just as long as each student does 2.
3. Individually, each student must inform Big Bart of his future if he does not change his lifestyle in a persuasive essay format. Topics may include diseases, and future health problems.
