Third, Gather the most relevant information for your speech and the poster. Write in the index cards the key points about your speech and in a blank sheet sketch how your poster will look like with the information selected.
Fourth, elaborate the speech with the information gathered, and then create a poster that will support you during your speech. The speech should be 5 minutes long, no more than that. Try to be very precise and clear with your information.
Fifth, to create a digital poster you should see the websites listed below that will help you to create a good visual aid to your explanation.
Consider the following things to create the poster:
-It must contain: Information about the topic in a noticeably short way, use phrases from one sentence to three sentences long at least. Use images, pictures, drawings, or graphics related to the topic. Also, consider using other types of graphics such as icons, lines, stuff, and colors that will make your poster visually attractive. Finally, review your spelling and punctuation marks, they will be considered.

Sixth, to write your speech consider the tips given on the website above. You can send the teacher a draft once you have written your speech to verify your information or in case you have any doubts. Once you have revised your speech, re-read it, and polish it. Remember to practice your speech a couple of times before the presentation day with someone that will give you feedback (the teacher will be available also).
Seventh, upload the poster and the written speech one day before the presentation day. The deadline to deliver both the poster and the speech will be June 15th, 2021.
