Biology Grade 9-12

This is the detailed outline of how the assignment should be tackled.

Step 1: Each group (of two students) will be given a bacteria to research on the internet (you are either given to look for Mycobacteria, Legionella or Salmonella species).

Step 2: You should visit credible websites that provide accurate information about these species as misleading information could be detrimental in this field (some resources are found below in the links' section).

Step 3: Combine the information collected into a powerpoint presentation that includes headlines from every topic. Remember, the minimum required information would be about the nutrition of the bacteria, natural habitat and virulence or effect on human health.

Step 4: Get some pictures or possible videos that would facilitate understanding the topic at hand while presenting (cite all images and information taken from resources).

Step 5: Divide the work equally between you two and help each other to understand certain difficult concepts.

Step 6: Please complete the assignment in no longer than two weeks from the start date.
