Work Skills Open Day
Process
Here you are ready to start work? ( SEE ATTACHMENTS BELOW)
Please read carefully the following steps.
Phase 1: Choose your topic and your group. You can choose group members from other classes.
ONE GROUP CAN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZATION : PREPARING INVITATIONS, MAKING PUBLICITY, SPREADING THE NEWS ,
HOSTING AND RECORDING THE EVENT.
Each group will choose a leader who will report to the instructors.
Topics are : Self-esteem, time management, effective communication, team work, assertiveness and criticism, conflict management, problem solving, interviews, customer service.
Phase 2: Fill in the action plan attached below and submit it on 27 April,2017.
Phase 3: Fill in the project overview. This work is individual. Due Date 30th April , 2017
Start doing your research, don't copy from the book. Be ready to give information to visitors without reading .
Phase 4: Prepare a power point to present your work in class before the open day. Due date for presentations May 5th and 6th,2017
Talk about your research, your plan, how you are going to present or display your work.
Phase 5: Now you will display your work in a booth. You should write your topic on a banner. You can display videos, pictures, information cards, surveys etc..
