  • You will be put into pairs to pick an animal that you want to learn more about.
  • Look through the books from the animal bucket in our classroom if you need help choosing.
  • Write the name of the animal on a notecard and on the back tell me why you picked it.
  • Bring your notecard to me and I will approve or disapprove of your animal, based upon if someone else has picked it.
  • If I approve your animal you will go on to the next step.
  • If I disapprove of your animal you will need to pick another one and fill out another notecard to be approved.
  • Then, you will read through the questions to see what you need to learn about your animal.
  • Decide who will be using the iPad to find the information and who will fill out the fact sheet about your animal.
  • Get an iPad and go to the sites I have provided to find information about your animal.

  • Record on your fact sheet about your animal.
  • Create a poster will the information from your fact sheet and add a picture of your animal that you found from the internet. (Show the picture to me and I will print it off for you.)
