Animal Research Project

You will be put into pairs to pick an animal that you want to learn more about.
Look through the books from the animal bucket in our classroom if you need help choosing.
Write the name of the animal on a notecard and on the back tell me why you picked it.
Bring your notecard to me and I will approve or disapprove of your animal, based upon if someone else has picked it.
If I approve your animal you will go on to the next step.
If I disapprove of your animal you will need to pick another one and fill out another notecard to be approved.
Then, you will read through the questions to see what you need to learn about your animal.
Decide who will be using the iPad to find the information and who will fill out the fact sheet about your animal.
Get an iPad and go to the sites I have provided to find information about your animal.

Record on your fact sheet about your animal.
Create a poster will the information from your fact sheet and add a picture of your animal that you found from the internet. (Show the picture to me and I will print it off for you.)
