Welcome Back to School Party

You are going to work in groups of four, but each of you will be assigned a different task.

• Choose which your role is going to be.
• Click on the links that will direct you to the different suppliers.
• Browse the websites and make notes of the things you would like to buy/hire for your party.
• Discuss your choices with your group.
• Make a list of supplies and prices ( if listed on the website ) using the pdf. document you will find below. If there are no prices, contact the company via email.
• Print a copy of the emails you send to the companies and also of the emails they send you with all the information you requested.

Student 1: You are going to be in charge of the flowers or floral arragements ,the confetti, balloons and streamers and the games.

Student 2: You are going to be in charge of the  sound, music and karaoke and would you like an artist to come to your party?

Student 3: You are going to be in charge of the lights and the visual effects.

Student 4: You are going to be in charge of the food and the drinks. Any dessert?

1) Make a list of the things you need for the party, suppliers, contact numbers, etc.

2) Make a list of the new words you learn as you browse the different websites
