Wonder of an eclipse

1. Click the sun to preview some information on eclipse before starting your mission.
2. You need to work in group of three. Once you have decided who is going to do what part, you can follow the link below to find out information about phase of moon, lunar eclipse and solar eclipse.
3. As you gather the information about the eclipse, complete the diagram of solar and lunar eclipse to identify the different between the two types of eclipses. Use the link provided to create your own diagram.
4. You also need to answer the questions related to the phenomenon. Click on the TOOL sheet to answer the questions. Be sure to print out one copy from each member group and submit to your teacher when you are finished.  Use library resources, your science text, and the following sites to help you answer the questions.

5. Prepare a brochure that can educate others to know about eclipses and what they can expect during eclipse observation.
6. Make the presentation using PowerPoint presentation during science’s week to other students.
Evaluation
Your group will be evaluated on how well you work together, research on the phenomenon,
and present your information.
