Process
A step-by-step list of things you need to do to complete your task.
A. Before You Begin
1. Download the Civil Rights Movement PowerPoint, Research Sheet and Research Checklist.
B. Conduct Research
1. Pick a Civil Rights Leader (to be approved by me)
2. Use the Research Sheet to take notes on your Civil Rights Leader.
3. Use the Research Checklist to ensure you have correctly filled out the Research Sheet.
4. Download one of the templates from one of the sites below or go online and find your own.

5. Use the library website and find at least one book on your Civil Rights leader to use.
6. Use the internet and find at least 5 websites that contain facts and information on your Civil Rights leader.
C. Fill out your template
1. Use the information you complied from your research to fill out the template.
2. Be sure to include at least 5 pictures.
3. Use accurate dates and locations wherever possible.
4. Cite all books and websites used to complete the project
