Moon Phases

1. Put your name and date on your log page. Also prefill in your dates for the moon phase you will observe.

2. Look up on the internet the name of each moon phase.

3. Then draw a picture of each phase by its name.

4. For each day you will go to the link below to document what the phase for that day.

5. Then you will get your Oreo and recreate that phase using an Oreo.

6. Label the phase correctly.

7. Each team will present their week to the class.
