Airplane Addition Webquest
Process
STOP 1:
Hope your trip has gone smoothly so far and you are ready to make some safe landings!
We are approaching our first stop. LOOK! It's Mexico! I hope you brought some clothes for the warm weather!
Today you are going to be playing some native soccer, but that's not what they call it here. Do you know what it's called?
That's right, it's futbol! I hope you are excited and ready to play. While you are playing, if you notice that your plane runs out of fuel (pencil lead) or if some of your plane parts (paper) aren't ready to use, call dispatch (your teacher) and let them know, so they can send more before you head to your next stop!
Before they give you your first supply, which is water, you have to reach a score of 50 in the game. After you reach a score of 50 you can have your water supply and be on your way. Use all of your resources so we can get the water quickly and keep moving. Good luck!
Steps:
1. Copy and paste this website into a new tab to get to your soccer game.
2. Click play.
3. Answer the addition problem. If you get the question correct you get to shoot the soccer ball to the goal. If you get the question correct and/or make a goal you get points. You can lose points if you answer incorrectly.

STOP 2:
How did your soccer game go? You're here now so it must have been great! Good job.
We are now approaching our second stop. Where are we? Oh wow! It's Jamaica, how cool! You will be playing a game where you collecting fruit that we will be taking to our friends.
I hope you are excited and ready to get to work! Remember you have the same resources from before and if you run out, be sure to call dispatch (your teacher) because they would love to help.
Before they let you take your fruit with you, you have to reach a score of 20 in the game. After you reached a score of 20 you can take your fruit with you and head back to the plane. Only one stop left before we get to save our friends! Good luck.
Steps:
1. Copy and paste this website into a new tab to capture your food.
2. Click on Level 6.
3. Click on "Slow Fruit" under Timed Mode.
4. You will be shown an addition problem. To solve the problem you must aim at the fruit with the correct answer and click on it. You receive points if you get the answer correct and lose points if you are wrong.

STOP 3:
I hope you were able to collect lots of fruit to take to our friends. I'm sure they will be hungry when we get there!
It looks like we are getting close to our final stop, The Grand Cayman Islands. What a beautiful place! Don't forget about all the resources you have, use them if you need them!
You will be asked to answer 10 addition problems before being given the supply of clothes. Answer carefully because they will not give you the clothes unless you get a score of 80%. Keep trying until you reach this score and then we will be off to the island. Good luck, you can do it!
Steps:
1. Copy and paste this website into a new tab.
2. Answer the 10 addition problems by selecting an answer from the drop down menu.
3. When you have answered them all, click "Check".

STOP 4:
Way to go! You have now collected all the items your friends need and finally arrived at the island to save them.
You have only one thing left to do - fill the plane back up with gas (complete the quiz) and make sure everyone buckles their seat belts (print your quiz out) so that you all can get back safely.
Don't forget to check the evaluation tab to make sure you do the quiz correctly.
