Biomes

Materials you will need are:

the booklet you made in class

computer and/or a device you can print from

printer

internet or book on biomes

8 index cards

pencil

DIRECTIONS

1.) I gave you four brown bags, and you made your booklet.

2.) Take your booklet and complete the bags by researching the animals and plants that

live in each biome, the average precipitation and temperature,

location "name country and continent" (latitude and longitude), and developing

a three link food chain for each biomes.

3.) You will need 3 pictures of each animal and plant that live in the biomes.

Print these off and place in the correct brown bag. Be sure to give the name of each.

4.) Write the following information on an index card for each biome: the

average precipitation and temperature and location including the latitude

and longitude and place in the correct bag.

5.) Find a fun fact and write it on the front of each listed biome on the bag.

6.) Complete the assignment by making a chart/drawing of a three link

food chain on the back side of the index card.
