Process
The APFT has three parts to the testing:
- The push-up
- The sit-up
- 2 mile run
The videos provided are from YouTube of Staff Sergeant Ken Weicher who is an Army National Guard testing specialist. These videos give you a perfect example of the three exercises that will be perform. He shows you the perfect form of every exercise, and these forms are the only things that are accepted when taking the test. If the form is not accurate the test will not count.

These videos also show ways to improve your score and show you various exercises to improve the scores.
The last part of the assignment is to find some health tips to improving the APFT score. For example, do more pull-up to help with push-ups, or crunches to help with sit ups. You should also give some health tips saying what foods could you eat to help you improve your score. For example, fruits and veggies could help improve your scores improve and make your body healthier. You are able to look up these tip using whatever online resources you find.
