These steps and the links to these resources will guide you on your trip of learning the seven continents both inside and out.

1. First you will watch this short video ( Continent Sing along Song) on the seven continents so you can remember the names of the continents and where they are located. Towards the end of the song it is your turn to sing when they point to a specific continent.

2. Next play The Seven Continents Game and try your best to match the correct continent with the corresponded highlighted continent. Once you excel at this game then you may move onto step 3.

3. As you listen to the song and play this Continents Game think of the two continents you want to focus in on that you want to learn more about. This does not have to be the same as other classmates, chose what you want, this is your project you will be presenting.

4. Now it is your turn. Pick two continents you want to learn more about. This website (Statistics on your Continents) will allow you to further learn about the continents through their population, how many countries make up that continent, and the size of the continent.

5. After choosing your two continents in step 4, you may use the link below to focus in on the contents and learn some statistics by using the URL below (Puzzle and Statistics) or you may go to the other URL (Continent Fun Facts) containing the fun facts of the continents.

6. You are responsible to find 8 fun facts for each of the continents you chose. This can range from information on the flags, countries, food, etc.

7. You are required to either draw a sketch of both of the continents or find a clear picture on the interment and put it in a poster board. It is your turn to put your creativity into this and design the poster. On the back, you need to write a paragraph containing 8 interesting facts you would like to share with the class.

8. You may either draw or get off the internet pictures of your facts that you would like to share with the class. However, two of these facts you would like to share must be drawn freehanded. You may use this website listed below to help color in your continent. (Color in your Continents)

9. It is important to write neat and clear on the backside of your poster so when you are presenting it to the class you will have all the information in front of you in a paragraph form that way it will be easier to show us the picture that correlates to the fact.

10. Putting it all together-  It is your time to share! When it is your turn to go in front of the class, you will point to your first continent and present that one with your pictures, facts, and paragraph and then you will point to your second content and do the same. * You can compare and contrast similarities and differences between the two continents.
