Get ready, be prepared you’re leaving for your mission! Whose side are you on, have you yet to decide? Whichever side you choose, be prepared to discover the dangers America faced as they marched to a war on their own soil, the Civil War. Please inform your teacher which side you’ve chose before moving on.
Reporters,you must create a newspaper on Microsoft Publisher. This newspaper should document Civil War events. Here are a few topics your articles can be on:
- What caused the Civil War?
- The Gettysburg Address
- The Emancipation Proclamation
- The North and South’s effect on:
o soldiers
o land
o medical treatment
o losses/gains
o war equipment
o resources (food,money, etc)
Your newspaper must include 3 articles on major battles or events.
