1. Research technologies that were not present in the 1930's (the major ones normal people use today). 


2. Research how people ate in the 1930's in contrast to how they do today. 

3. Create a list of technologies you can't use if you're in the 1930's group. 

4. Write a daily log of your experiences devoid of modern technology (1930's group), or drowned with modern technology (2014 group) 

5. Fill out the psychological state form at the end of the week long observation.  

6. Prepared to discuss you personal experiences with your group members and the rest of the class. 

7. During the day of class discussion you will turn in your 5 page experience log. 

8. If you are in the 21st century group make sure that you write down your daily use of modern technologies and how they affect different aspects of your personal life (fitness level, health, family, social life, etc.)

9. Make sure to pay attention to how attached or detached from technology you are. And at the same time pay attention to how dependent or independent you are from technology. 

10. For the diet portion of this project pay attention to what you do or do not eat during the week long project. 

11. Refer to the task page for  research and information about your group assignment.
