The Evolution of Basketball

Each student should begin his/her paper by presenting the readers with a brief introduction about the sport of basketball, displaying background information on the paper. It should include a general overview of what the game is and how it is culturally significant.

Next, the student should write 3-5 body paragraphs, each of which should highlight a specific era of basketball. Within each of the paragraphs, the students must provide the readers with information about what characterized basketball at the time, whether it be related to the game itself or to its social influence.
