Follow the steps to learn more about polygons.


Step/Task 1:
The reasons why you're here is because you want to study polygons. Polygons are geometric 2D shapes which are found  everywhere around us. To further more explain about polygons, click the links below



Step/Task 2:
To test what you have learned, here are some activities and games about polygons that you can enjoy. Answer them all and see if you're doing good.

After you have finished the test/activity. Try these games and play to enjoy, at the same time learning more.



Step/Task 3:
You are now to apply everything that you have learned by making this poster of polygons. The image at the task will b your guide or example

Objectives:a) Students will identify polygons (square, rectangle, equilateral triangles,isosceles triangles, scalene triangles, right triangles, parallelograms,rhombi, hexagons, octagons, and pentagons.)

b)Students will create an original piece of art using polygons.

Vocabulary:  polygon, quadrilateral, square,rectangle, equilateral triangles, isosceles triangles, scalene triangles, righttriangles, parallelograms, rhombi, hexagons, octagons, and pentagons, collage,realistic, abstract

Materials: paper,various polygons cut out of paper, paper, glue

Process: Create images using the cut out of paper. Make an animal, objects or anything that you can make using your cut outs

Closing:  Tell how you have made your poster and tell also the shapes you have used.

Evaluation: The rubric will be the basis of grading which is found in the evaluation tab.
