Planning a trip to New York

Work in groups of 3 or 4 and start planning your trip. Your reference is the budget you have: 1,500 �. You need to look for:

- Transport: choose the best combination from Tudela to New York, that is from Tudela to Pamplona by bus/train. From Pamplona to New York by plane or from Pamplona to Madrid/Barcelona by bus/train and from Madrid/Barcelona to New York by plane.

- Accomodation: check the different areas of the city, which is better/cheaper/better communicated to live in? Find a hostel/appartment as your are 10 people travelling together.

- Sightseeing: What do you want to see? Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building, SoHo, Chinatown, Little Italy, World Trade Center, Wall Street, etc.

- Entertainment: Do you want to do something special at night, such as going to a concert, watching a musical?

- What transport form are you going to use? Do you need a special weekly card?

- Currency: What is the change rate of a dollar?

- Documents: Passport, do you need it? Do you have it?

- Time zone: what is the difference of hours between Spain and New York? When can you call home?

- Weather: what is the weather going to be? Do you need to bring many clothes?
