Comparision of 3-D shapes

the way to go-

• TEAM-You will work in groups of four people. Each person will have a specific role, but all must work together to present your findings. You will have to decide which role fits each group member best.
• ROLE- you will define and take up a role which fits your line of interest teh best
• ACTION- Collect containers of different shapes

1. CUBE and CUBOID
2. CYLINDER , CONE, HEMISPHERE, SPHERE (same height and radius)
3. FRUSTUM OF A CONE

• Compare the volume of Cube and Cubloid having same height, and the volumes of Cylinder, Cone and hemi sphere (same height and radius)
• Analyze the results and derive conclusions from your observations
