The first step of this assignment is to print off the computer time journal to make it easier to record how much time you spent in front of the computer throughout the following three days. During the first three days fill out the journal to the best of your ability and record the amount of physical activity you engage in as well. After the first three days are complete answer the reflection questions thoroughly and fully. The next three days are where you come up with the time on the computert to follow that meets the doctors recommendations. During these three days you will record in your computer time journal as well. Lastly, answer the next set of reflection questions fully and turn it all in typed with your computer time journal.
