There are 8 nonprofit organizations listed. You will learn about 1 and work with a group to teach it to others in your class.
1. Research the 1 you were assigned by clicking on the link to the website and/or the video.
2. Fill out the organizer in your notebook.
3. With your group create a presentation from the options page advertising your organization.
Include:
-What they do/purpose
-Why it's important
-Why people should volunteer their time or donate to that organization.
-An illustration with the groups logo.
4. To learn more about Helping Out read pages 262-267 in your textbook.
