Hemingway's novel: The Old Man and the Sea

Ernest Hemingway was one of the most influential writers of the 20th century. He did not only become famous for his literary works but also for his lifestyle. During his lifetime he became a celebrity because of his adventurous, masculine way of living. Besides writing he was a lover of bullfighting, wild animal hunting, high sea fishing and boxing. He won the Nobel prize for literature in 1954.
