"The Great War was without precedent...never had so many nations taken up arms at a single time.  Never had the battlefield been so vast...never had the fighting been so gruesome..."

Introduction: None of the world powers of 1914 wanted a European War.  Nevertheless, a European War did break out.  Why?  And who is ultimately the most responsible?  It is time to finally answer this long debated question.  Who is to blame for WWI?
