INTERCULTURAL DAY by Lola Cubillo

Intercultural Day provides the opportunity to work on aspects related to international diferences and similarities, in all fields, ways of dressing, eating habits, timetables, religions, etc.

In this webquest, we focus on food, studying the preparation of a local dish, the "sopa monde�a", and, as most non-Spanish pupils are from Morocco, lamb cous-cous.
