Introduction


For this assignment, you are a manager of a restaurant that is need of some help! The kitchen staff continue to make mistakes on the dishes they prepare for guests. Vegetable pieces are too small for soups and too big for sauces! They have messed up seasonings and caused guests to complain.

You think that there is a miscommunication happening from the recipes the kitchen staff are following because they do not understand what the terms mean. So, you will double check your understanding of the Cutting & Preparation Terms and then make a presentation to share with your staff. 

Hopefully, you can get this issue taken care of, so your guests are excited to come to your restaurant again!
