Health Education

Billy is currently in 5th grade, but is getting ready to start middle school soon. He really wants to try out for the basketball team when he gets there but is worried that he is not going to be ready. He really likes to eat ice cream and pizza after school while playing his video games. Billy's mom suggested that he ask some friends for some advice on what he could do to create a healthy lifestyle for himself.
