This web quest is to inform students of the dangers of childhood obesity and how to prevent obesity by changing parenting styles. The lack of knowledge or lack of concern needs to be addressed due to the increase in preventative deaths caused by obesity. Because obesity most commonly begins in childhood, changes in diet and exercise habits must be implemented by parents early. This web quest will include information on how to get help if you or your child is suffering from obesity. Our children deserve more than this and change can start with us.
