PE: Healthy Food and Water

Hello friends!

Can you name some healthy foods? Do you know why you need water during PE?  That is why this webquest was created. This webquest was designed to help you learn about what foods that are healthy for you to eat and not to eat. You will also visit some websites that will show you examples of the food pyramid and all of its contents to build your understanding on this standard.
