What is Play? Should we let our children play?

The information that is provided will allow teachers, parents and studying teacher acquire knowledge of what is play, its benefits and why we should allow our children to play.  With this knowledge will be able to properly implement play into our lessona and daily lives, allowing children to explore and find themselves while learning.
