The Multiple lecturer
Introduction
You are a lecturer and assume multiple roles during the teaching and learning process. He/she is a facilitator and assessor, but should also fulfil numerous other roles. The roles you as the lecturer assume could entail the following:
- The Coordinator/facilitator/ technophile:
Supporting the group and assuming to integrate the group in order to make the learning experience effective and supportive as possible.
- The Altitudinist/assessor:
Enabling students to think and work at a higher level of understanding is important. You create environments for students to flourish in.
- The Efficiency Expert, content collector:
Being able to manage time efficiently is important to you. For students to learn effectively, time management is essential.
- The Navigator/designer:
The use of online learning materials and access must be seamless and integrated for the learning experience
