Troy Bolton needs your help with Stress Management!

Introduction

troy[1].jpg

Lately, Troy Bolton, the basketball star in Disney’s famous movie High School Musical, had an argument with his friend Chad regarding a basketball shirt, and as a result they are completely refraining from reconciling.

Since then, Troy has been feeling rather tense and irritable. Consequently, he has been performing very badly in Basketball. Because of him, his team, East High Wildcats, has lost four consecutive competitions. On one particular occasion, during an important qualifying game, Troy was so stressed out that he mixed up basketball with football, ending up kicking the ball instead of throwing it.

Within a few days, the East High Wildcats, shall be participating in the International Basketball Competition, an event which all the team members have been eagerly waiting for ages. Troy’s father, the coach of the team, is very irritated with Troy, and strictly believes that the latter should step out from the team for this competition.

Apart from this, Troy has been having another problem....a serious one I might say...his singing has simply gone out of the way, mixing up the lyrics of the songs and going completely out of tune. He just cannot concentrate on his voice. As a result, Gabriella, his best friend, is getting rather embarrassed of him and does not want to sing with him in the Annual School Concert being held in two weeks time, unless he gets back to normal by tonight.

‘What am I going to do?!?!?’, gloomy Troy cried out.

Being so desperate, Troy decided to send an e-mail to his only hope, YOU, a renowned Stress Management expert, to help him out understand what is stressing him out as well as deal with the stressors effectively. He has been training very hard both for the International Basketball Competition as well as the Annual School Concert. Try your best not to let him down!
