A well done assignment will demonstrate your understanding of the project, your understanding of the events and time period related to the song you have chosen, and your ability to critically think about the concepts, language, and inferences made in the song you chose.  You will be graded on three total aspects of this assignment.  The first is your paper.  This will be worth a total of 10 points.  The second is your presentation.  This will also be worth 10 points.  Finally you will also be graded on your presentation board itself.  This will be worth 5 points.  The whole assignment will be worth a total of 25 points.  Please see the rubric below for how to achieve a passing score.

The presentation does not relate to the written assignment and is a poor verbal representation of the conclusions made in the paper.
